The com- munity is the third of 13 planned Tricon neighborhoods in Texas, according to the release. Located near The Barndominium along Hwy. 46, the community will in- clude 180 single-family houses with three and four-bedroom options. Development is slated to continue through 2022 with a grand opening planned for summer 2023. 8 A new La-Z-Boy store is slated to open at 2094 N. I-35, New Braunfels, in early 2023.
