4 Chuy’s Construction began July 1 on the new Chuy’s planned for the Townwest Commons development center in Hutto, NewQuest Properties announced. The Mexican restaurant, to encompass over 5,400 square feet, will offer a menu of burritos, tacos, fajitas and enchiladas. The eatery is expected in early 2025. The Texas restaurant chain Chuy’s started in 1982 in an abandoned barbecue restaurant in Austin. The chain has since grown with more than 100 locations in 16 states.
