• Funding source: city of Oak Ridge North 3 David Memorial Drive extension Project: A project to extend David Memorial Drive to Hwy. 242 began in September 2023. Update: The last phase of the project will be funded by the Montgomery County road bond approved by voters May 3. The estimate to complete construction is $2.5 million, engineer John Bleyl said. • Timeline: September 2023-March (Phase 1), TBD (Phase 2) • Cost: $7.8 million • Funding sources: city of Shenandoah, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Road Bond funds 5 FM 1488 median Project: The project will build a median from Mostyn Drive to I-45. Update: The project is 73% complete, as of the most

The funding will be 80% federal and 20% state, according to TxDOT.
