This year is special because Santa Claus will ride in on a re truck led by the Westlake High School drum line, Hoover said. Even though Santa usually rides in on a re truck, this year he will stop at a winter wonder- land backdrop, and parents can get their kids dressed up and use it as their ocial Christmas photo, she said. In addition to a visit from Santa, families can also enjoy performances from all the local elementary school choirs and free food from eateries, such as Hat Creek Burger Company. There will also be face painters, balloon artists, a photo booth, a petting zoo, a bounce house and the Holiday Express Train. The event is free and goes from 1-4 p.m. For more information on Wonderfest, visit www.westlakechamber.com.
