Bastrop ocials held groundbreak- ing ceremonies March 14 and said all updates are expected to be nished by the week of May 18. Bastrop City Manager Sylvia Carrillo-Trevino said the upgrades each feature something special, including: • An all-abilities playground, splash pad and pavilion at Minerva Delgado Park • A renovated splash pad at Fisherman’s Park • New playgrounds at Fireman’s Park and Mayfest Park
