The Centro Modern Homes by Bridge Tower community consists of 84 homes for rent in Shenandoah east of I-45 at 381 N. Centro Circle, Shenandoah. Work on the last homes under con- struction will be completed by the end of this year, property manager Matlyn Smith said. The rental homes include a mixture of two- and three-story buildings with three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or four bathrooms, respectively. According to information from the leasing o ce, the homes range in price from $2,350 to $2,520 per month for detached homes. Each house includes a two-car garage and a private backyard as well as lawn maintenance at no cost to the tenant. The community also includes a pool with gated entry. Centro is zoned to Conroe ISD, including Oak Ridge Elementary, Vogel Intermediate, Irons Junior High and Oak Ridge High schools. 1 Several buildings are still under construction this summer in the 84-unit rental community. 2 Kitchens in Centro homes are located downstairs and include stainless steel appliance packages. 3 Two-story homes include 2 1/2 bathrooms, and the three-story models include four bathrooms. 4 Two- and three-bedroom home options provide space for rooms for additional family members. 5 The swimming pool for the community includes gated entry. 6 Centro Modern Homes include a two-car garage in each unit.
