2022-23 The Woodlands real estate market at a glance Fewer homes were sold in June 2022-May 2023 compared to June 2021-May 2022 in six of the seven ZIP codes in The Woodlands area, with only the 77385 ZIP code seeing an increase. Similarly, the median price in six out of seven ZIP codes was lower in 2022-23 compared to 2021-22, although 77389 was the outlier among median home prices, seeing a 2.1% increase.
