New offerings Spring-Klein Crossing
Multiple retail centers in the Spring and Klein areas are expected to bring new national and local offerings to the community, including an unnamed center being leased by Edge Realty at the corner of FM 2920 and Gosling Road. The plaza has about 11,500 square feet left available for lease, and will likely be home to six or seven businesses total, including two restaurants, said Principal Kristen Barker of Edge Realty. Meanwhile, Spring-Klein Crossing will likely welcome its first tenants by the end of the first quarter of 2026, Hummel said. The Spring Medtail Center has about 9,000 square feet spoken for, Feighny said. Some of the Spring Medtail center tenants are expected to begin construction on their suites soon and open this coming spring, he added. “We are hoping to benefit the community by bringing neighborhood services that … service the community and improve the surrounding area for the folks there,” Feighny said.
