3 Louetta Road asphalt rehabilitation Project: This project will allow for the asphalt rehabilitation of Louetta Road from Champion Forest Drive to Holzwarth Road. Update: This project is in the design stage, with a potential timeline available soon.
Update: Work is underway to make asphalt improvements along Hargrave Road. • Cost: $1.4 million • Timeline: March 2026 • Funding source: Harris County Precinct 3 6 Stuebner Airline bridge repairs Project: This project will repair the bridge portion of Stuebner Airline Road over Cypress Creek near Cypresswood Drive. Update: Work has begun on the bridge repair along • Funding source: Harris County Precinct 3 7 Old Town Spring pavement repair Project: The Old Town Spring road project is part of what Precinct 3 o cials call an asphalt package, which includes repairing, milling and resurfacing existing roads. New roadway signage and pavement markings will also be installed. Project: This project will modify the existing signal with a new mast-arm tra c signal to improve tra c ow and safety along Gosling Road. The Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner’s O ce is overseeing the design work. Update: Design work is underway for a potential light at the intersection of Gosling Road and West Rayford Road. • Cost: TBD • Timeline: Early 2027 • Funding sources: Harris County Precinct 3, Texas Department of Transportation 2 Hufsmith Road intersection improvements Project: This will make improvements to the intersections of A Hufsmith Road at Kuykendahl Road, B Stuebner Airline Road, and C FM 2978.
