The Gallery and The View Project: This two-phase apartment development is planned near the intersection of 3rd Street and Ash Street. The Gallery is planned to include 33 multifamily units and an artisan’s workshop, while The View will add 30 multifamily units. City o cials rst approved plans for the project in 2024. Update: Frisco’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a nal plat in February for 355 multifamily units across eight buildings.
Freemont Frisco Apartments Project: Freemont Frisco Apartments will be a mid- rise, wrap-style complex with 313 units, two courtyard pools, a tness center and rooftop lounge. A portion of the units will be o ered at a ordable rates. Update: The development is expected to open in mid- 2028, according to a February news release.

Beacon Rail District Project: The Beacon Rail District is a new multifamily apartment community in downtown Frisco o ering one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a co-working space, tness facility and a hotel-style lounge.
