Luxury townhomes available at Greenway Village at the Link
A new luxury rental community in north Frisco, Greenway Village at The Link, is wrapping up construction and now leasing. What you need to know Community Manager Ashley Irish said the property was developed by Stillwater Capital and is managed by RangeWater Real Estate. The 31-acre development includes 215 private rental residences with one-, two- and three-bed- room oor plans across detached homes and townhomes, according to the release. Units feature stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style oor- ing, walk-in closets, double-vanity bathrooms, in-home washer and dryer and private garages. Irish said they began leasing last fall, and nal construction is expected to nish this summer.
