New Loop 1604 overpass installed The Texas Department of Transporta- tion nished work on a new bridge over Loop 1604 in North San Antonio connecting Blanco Road, part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion project. The whole story Trac shifts onto the new Blanco Road overpass as intersection work continues, according to TxDOT. A temporary bicycle and pedestrian bridge is also in use.

East Sonterra Boulevard extending to Loop 1604 San Antonio ocials began work in August on Phase 1 of the Sonterra Road Extension Project, which will transform into a four-lane roadway that leads to Loop 1604, set to be done by summer 2025. San Antonio to Boston nonstop ights begin As of Nov. 11, Delta Airlines is oering non- stop service from San Antonio International Airport to Boston Logan International Airport. What you need to know Flights between the two cities will be oered daily and will continue year-round. Flights will depart from San Antonio for Boston at 2 p.m. and will depart from Boston for San Antonio at 9:15 a.m. According to a statement from Delta, the new ight is the only nonstop service between the two cities. Other Delta Airlines destinations from SAT include Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-JFK and Salt Lake City. Some context This comes after American Airlines received federal approval in October for direct San Antonio to Washington DC ights to the Reagan National Airport. American Airlines expects to have the nonstop ight ready in the coming months, according to a news release from the airline.

The I-35 Northeast Expansion Central project broke ground in 2022, with the goal of expanding I-35 from Loop 410 to around FM 3009. This is one of three large projects making up the Northeast Expansion project, with the entire project expected to be completed around 2030.
