The Woodlands 50th anniversary The community celebrated 50 years since its founding with a series of events Oct. 14-19. 1 Residents, including retired planner of The Wood- lands Robert Heineman, attended an Oct. 14 kickoff. 2 Missy Herndon, president and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands, was one of the speakers at the Oct. 14 event. 3 Volunteers and staff unloaded donations at the Day of Giving at Interfaith of The Woodlands on Oct. 15. 4 Interfaith of The Woodlands staff and volunteers gathered to launch the Day of Giving on Oct. 15.
