Over 600 homes coming to Georgetown, Liberty Hill in 2025

NexMetro Communities is building more than 600 homes in Williamson County. The first of three neighborhoods is set to open in Liberty Hill by February. Current situation The gated Avilla Homes neighborhoods will arrive in Georgetown and Liberty Hill over the next several months, offering leased home commu- nities, according to a news release. The devel- opments feature mostly detached, single-story homes with one to three bedrooms, private backyards, front porches and 10-foot ceilings. Leased home neighborhoods allow residents to live mortgage-free, said Jason Flory, NexMetro Communities managing director for Austin and Atlanta, in a news release. Monthly rent starts at $1,800 and reaches the $2,600s range, an official said in an email to Community Impact.
