Harris Street reconstruction Project: The project aims to improve Harris Street from FM 1093 to Fifth Street. Morton Road U-turn ordinance Project: The ordinance comes as a nearby school requires vehicles to turn right out of the parking lot, resulting in unsafe U-turns further up the street.
