“I was like, ‘Let’s try to help as many [people] as we can,’ and we did,” Sally said. “We came in for like three and a half hours.” Federico said they try to be accessible when possible and provide top-notch service. Plat- inum Auto Glass also oers home services for repairs. Just as the couple strives to help their community, they have found that their community helps them too, they said. “It’s really nice to have that relationship where they refer their customers or friends to us,” Sally said. The name of the business stemmed from Sally because platinum is often thought of as the best, and that is what Federico strives for: the best service and products, she said. “Always do it right the rst time, so that way you don’t have to do it twice,” Federico said.
