Three Empires Brewing o ers original beer avors After becoming enamored with the prevalent craft brewing scene while living in Minneapolis, David and Mandy Wible opened Three Empires Brewing in downtown Frisco in 2023. “This spring, I’ll do a strawberry blond, where I hand pick the strawberries from a farm in Pilot Point,” Mandy Wible said. What’s happening? In addition to beer, non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Various family-friendly events are held including weekly trivia and music bingo, live music and bring-your-own-vinyl nights. Other activities, such as eld day, are held in Imagine Park—a shared outdoor space behind the brewery. Although food is not served at Three Empires Brewing, customers are welcome to bring their own.
Beer choices always include a variety of ales, IPAs, stouts and seltzers. The alcohol by volume (ABV) ranges from 4-6%. “For us, that’s called an approachable beer, it’s not something that’s going to knock you down,” Mandy Wible said. “You can have one or two and be okay.” About every three weeks, the brewery launches a new beer, which is sometimes seasonal.
