Acquario Italian Restaurant oers authentic Italian cuisine in a ne dining setting.
Meet the owners Elda Rata has lived in the Keller area for three years. She’s a corporate lawyer, but her husband, Nino Rata, has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Elda Rata said they saw a demand for ne dining restaurants in Keller. “[Nino] knew the community, he knew the vibe, and he knew what was needed here,” Rata said. Before you go The Ratas now have a sister location called Acquario Pizza Pasta Bar open on Keller Parkway. “The community has embraced us so well that we wanted to continue to contribute to the growth here,” Rata said.
Acquario Italian Restaurant oers a wide variety of Italian dishes with cuisine that mixes inspira- tion from coastal Italy and Texas, according to its website. Some menu items include let mignon, braised short ribs and appetizers such as the car- paccio di manzo, which comes with thinly sliced let mignon and shaved Parmesan cheese. The restaurant opened in October 2023, co-owner Elda Rata said, and quickly gained popularity with the community.
