Brad Batteau Rigo Hernandez Voters will be able to cast ballots in favor of or opposed to two charter amendments to allow: • Members of the Houston City Council to place items on the weekly agenda • Houston officials to negotiate with the Houston- Galveston Area Council for better representation Harris Health System Voters will be able to cast ballots in favor of or opposed to a $2.5 billion bond to improve health facilities. Clear Creek ISD Voters will be able to cast ballots in favor of or opposed to a $302 million bond for various facility upgrades. Voters will be able to cast ballots in favor of or opposed to a voter-approval tax rate election. If approved, the property tax rate would be $0.9746 per $100 valuation; if rejected, the tax rate would be $0.9446, and CCISD would face a multimillion-dollar shortfall.
