Mad Llama Brewing marks one year in Spring What started as a garage hobby between broth- ers-in-law Stephen Daulong and Arrian Brantley has grown into Mad Llama Brewing, a hometown brewery that opened last June in Spring.

Llama Brewing. The brewery aims to promote community engagement with weekly events including steak night, ladies night, bingo, trivia and live music. The brewery also supports local vendors and has 16 rotating food trucks on-site. Respecting the craft With a process that can take several months, Mad Llama Brewery oers 12 rotating craft beers including the Elder Llama Double IPA, Honey Llama Lager, and the Amber Llama. In addition to beer, the brewery also oers handcrafted hard seltzers with seven types of avored syrups to choose from and a nonalcoholic root beer.
