2 Legacy Ranch Drive Project: This project will expand 0.6 miles of roadway from Seward Junction North Loop to the CR 258 extension. Improvements include two new traffic signals, pavement overlay and right-turn lanes into a future Liberty Hill ISD school site. Update: Contractors broke ground on the project March 6. • Timeline: March 2026-summer 2026 • Cost: $1.4 million • Funding source: Williamson County 2023 road bond 3 RM 2243, Hero Way Project: The project will transform Hero Way and RM 2243 into a divided, controlled-access highway from 183A Toll to Garey Park. The existing rural two-lane roadway will be expanded into two main lanes running in each direction alongside two three-lane frontage roads. Update: Crews broke ground on the first phase of the project in late January, working to construct the first frontage road from 183A Toll to Garey Park. • Timeline: 2026-28 • Cost: $132 million • Funding source: Williamson County 2019 road bond 4 San Gabriel Parkway extension Project: Phase 2 will see the extension of San Gabriel Parkway eastward from Isaias Drive to Ronald Reagan Boulevard between Palmera Ridge and Palmera Bluff subdivisions. Update: Construction is currently underway. The traffic signal at San Gabriel Parkway and Ronald Reagan Boulevard will be brought online in early 2026. 282
