Build-to-rent project debuts in Trinity Falls Tricon Trinity Falls, a 126-unit build-to-rent community, is now open in north McKinney. The development by Tricon Residential Inc. was developed in partnership with HHS Residential and features a mix of one- and two-story homes with three- and four-bed- room layouts. The homes include two-car garages, fully fenced backyards and modern nishes, a news release states. The development brings the company’s total to 600 homes developed in Texas in 2025, the release states.
