CASA of Collin County supports local youth through advocacy Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA, of Collin County works to support children placed in the foster care system. The organization served over 300 children in 2024. The McKinney-based nonprot organization trains volunteer advocates to promote and protect the best interest of children who have experienced abuse, neglect or abandonment, said Tricia Clif- ton, CEO and president of CASA of Collin County. “Abuse is a bipartisan issue,” Clifton said. “It does not know the dierence between poor, auent.
