Mobility City improves customers’ quality of life, one product at a time After searching for a business venture which would provide paths to helping others, Ginger and Gary Kral decided to become franchisees with Mobility City and open the Central Texas location in April 2022. With personal experience as a customer in the mobility product realm, the duo found the perfect opportunity to own their own business. “We just saw what a need there was and it just seemed like that’s what we were supposed to do,”

Customers can nd mobility accessories, wheel- chairs, mobility scooters, power chairs, lift chairs, hospital beds, rollators, walkers, canes, bath safety, stair lifts, vehicle lifts and mobility ramps. Since its opening, the business has added to its oered products and now the team can create custom-made products or nd unique products a customer requests. The business’ technicians are also available to make deliveries and provide main- tenance and repair services at customers’ homes. The impact “This is not just another job,” Gary Kral said. “We have people cry in our show room. We have people thank us in our show room. We pray with people in our show room. It’s an inward type of prot that makes us go, ‘Wow, we’ve done some good. We made a dierence in that person’s life.’”
