Money Cat owner Sherman Yeung told Community Impact Newspaper that after taking over ownership of his rst restaurant in Katy, Tobiuo Sushi & Bar, and seeing it succeed, he decided he wanted to open a “polished concept” inside Houston’s Inner Loop.
