3 A new Frost Bank located at 7101 Warren Parkway, Frisco, opened Dec. 27, according to a company spokesperson. The Frisco-Warren Parkway Financial Center is part of Frost Bank’s expansion across the Dallas-Fort Worth area with 29 new locations. The restaurant, located at 4880 Eldorado Parkway, Ste. 300, is an international chain known for serving chicken, gyros and falafel platters, according to its website. The Frisco location is the latest store owned and operated by Shezad Jiwani, an experi- enced franchisee and a North Dallas-area developer. The new 5,400-square-foot space can seat 300 people and has a de- sign similar to other Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar locations, according to a news release. The Frisco location also features a food menu in addition to its drink menu, the rst location to do so. A ghost kitchen will also launch at the Frisco location for private events in Frisco and Fort Worth, according to the news release. Pete’s closed its Addison

University Drive, Ste. 230, Frisco, owner Neil Sheth said. The location will provide full-service grooming and washing services, includ- ing self-service options, according to its website. University Drive, Ste. 140, Frisco, in mid-January, accord- ing to a company spokesperson. Cookie Co. provides locally made gourmet cookies. The company was founded in 2020 at the home of founders Elise and Matt Thomas. The rst location was ocially opened in Redlands, California. Each week, the cookie menu rotates to oer four of the brand’s signature recipes with chocolate chip remaining always available, according to a com- pany spokesperson. NOW OPEN 1 The Northern Texas Professional Golfers’ Association is getting settled into a new oce building in Frisco after moving in Dec. 7. The building located on the PGA Frisco campus is named the Dr. Jerry J. Ransom Northern Texas PGA Golf House. The 7,000-square- foot facility will provide 19 oces, two conference rooms, an intern workspace, a break room, showers, lockers and storage for Section and Foundation sta, according to previous Community Impact reporting. The NTPGA is one of 41 sections of the PGA of America and joins the PGA of America in relocating its oces to Frisco. The organization plans to host a grand opening celebra- tion for members in spring 2023. The

As a sister store to the Frisco-Starwood location, the new salon oers the same services, such as brow lamination, eyebrow threading, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting. The rst location in south Frisco opened a little over four years ago, owner Loren Silas said. Now, the two storefronts can work together to reach more clients, she said.
