He opened his family-owned practice at 13030 Preston Road, Ste. 300, Frisco, in the Shops at Creekside to provide Frisco residents with the care he saw was missing. Each room at Frisco Dental Studio was designed to have a spa feel. Yan and Jeff Upchuch have a license agree- ment to bring The Sandwich Spot concept to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Their first store opened at 8050 Preston Road, Ste. 102, Frisco, for a soft opening Dec. 28 and 29 and opened for online orders Jan. 2. Sandwiches on the menu are named af- ter local symbols, such as The Frisco High, The Toyota Stadium and The Dallas Cow- boy. The restaurant serves its signature sauces, Pepsi products and several tea options. The brand, which buys and resells clothing and accessories, originated in Melrose, California, and now has more than 18 locations. 2nd Street, located in the Centre at Preston Ridge carries approx- imately 15,000 items, including men’s and women’s clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories from Japanese, American and European designer brands, accord- ing to a media release.
