2 BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTERFRISCO Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Frisco celebrated its 20-year anniversary serving the Frisco community in 2022. The hospital also recently com- pleted renovations to its Wom- en’s Center, where hundreds of babies are delivered annually. In 2023, the hospital plans to add its fourth robotic surgical system to advance its surgical care capabilities, according to a representative of the hospital. 5601 Warren Parkway, Frisco 214-407-5000 www.baylorfrisco.com 3 MEDICAL CITY FRISCO Medical City Frisco began accepting patients at its new patient tower Dec. 13. The $91 million recently complet- ed project features 118,500 square feet of space, 36

1 BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER CENTENNIAL Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Centennial was recently recognized as a high-performing hospital by U.S. News & World Report’s 2022-23 Best Hospi- tals listings for maternity, heart attack and heart failure care. The hospital also plans to open a newly renovated, state-of- the-art catheterization lab in January, according to a repre- sentative of the hospital. The lab will facilitate cardiovascular and interventional radiology proce- dures. Medical City Frisco also recently received a Level III designation for its neonatal intensive care unit. sixth treatment oor, featuring 20 additional patient rooms and a dedicated Intensive Care Unit. The oor also includes two new operating suites, bringing the hospital’s total up to eight, according to a repre- sentative for the hospital.
