The Dallas Arboretum oers a variety of popular annual events, including Pepper Palooza, with an emphasis on family-oriented activities. The restored 1938 art deco theater is now home to a Bowlski’s location, which is a bowling alley and live music venue. The move entailed remodeling a 120-year-old grain mill and a new 25,000-square-foot production brewery. Eisemann Center The Charles W. Eisemann Center is the major performing arts center for both corporate pre- sentations and cultural events in Richardson. The park includes the Huines Recreation Center, the Huines Tennis Center with 10 lighted courts, picnic and playground equipment, a pavilion, six lighted baseball elds, six athletic elds, a concession complex, two lakes, and a biking/hiking trail.
