4 Twin Liquors A new retail liquor store planned for is planned for the H-E-B shopping center on Pflugerville Parkway, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing shows the business will occupy a 2,844-square-foot retail space. Construction is expected to begin April 15 and wrap up by June 15.
