Commercial market data The asking rental price for industrial space in Round Rock dipped slightly in the first quarter of 2026, compared to the first quarter of 2025, according to data provided by The Robert J Fischer Team. Fischer said the development pipeline has shifted toward build-to-suit projects, many of which are pre-leased, positioning the market for improved absorption going forward.
