2 Colorado Sand Drive from Copper Mine to Lone Star Ranch Blvd Project: Construction of .53 miles of 4-lane paved roadway to ll the gap on Colorado Sand Drive between Copper Mine Drive and Lone Star Ranch Boulevard. Update: Construction is ongoing and will end this year. • Timeline: 2019-2025 • Cost: $9.9 million • Funding Source: 2020 GO bonds, 2023 certiicate of obligation bonds, roadway impacts fees 3 Kelly Lane Phase 2 from Falcon Point to Moorlynch Avenue Project: Widening Kelly Lane from 2 to 4 lanes from Falcon Pointe Drive to east of Moorlynch Avenue, including a roundabout at Vilamoura Street. Update: Construction will continue through September. • Timeline: 2019–2025 • Cost: $27.6 million • Funding Source: 2020 CO bonds, 2020 GO bonds, roadway impact fees 4 Street Reconstruction Package 1B Project: The project will rehabilitate 18 streets in the Saxony and Willow Creek Section One subdivisions. Update: Construction started in July and will last approximately six months.
