Crunch Fitness, specialty grocery store coming to west McKinney
A $25 million mixed-use development is coming to west McKinney, The Eldorado Neighborhood Shops project, an initiative by commercial real estate development firm SLX Capital, will feature a gym, a specialty grocer and a mix of other uses, Ahsan Daredia said, a partner at SLX Capital. A groundbreaking was held for the project on Dec. 2. The specifics The roughly 14.5-acre project will be anchored by a specialty grocer that has not yet been announced, Daredia said. The project will also see a variety of other commercial uses including restaurants and a daycare, and an additional pad site in the project will also be developed for possible medical or office uses. “We’re excited to bring more retail for consum- ers, job growth for residents, and taxable revenue for the city of McKinney,” Daredia said in an email.

Willowbrae Academy: A child care and early child care education center offering programs for infants, toddlers, preschool and school-aged children.
