Phase 1 underway for Buda’s Persimmon Persimmon, a master-planned community in Buda, has o cially opened sales for a selection of homes in its southeast section. The homes will be delivered by December, according to MileStone Community Builder’s website, with prices starting at nearly $493,000. The sales o ce is located at 1000 FM 967 in Buda, according to a March 6 news release. A closer look Developed by MileStone Community Builders, the 775-acre community will feature 2,100 newly constructed homes ranging from 1,754 to 3,552 square feet, according to the news release. Floor plans start with two-bedroom, two-bath- room layouts and extend to ve-bedroom homes with 4 1/2 baths. On June 18, the council voted 6-1 to approve a development agreement with MileStone

Freedom at Anthem now open in Kyle Landsea Homes hosted the grand opening of Freedom at Anthem, a mas- ter-planned community at 242 Sycamore Pines in Kyle, on March 29.
