The Railhead is a new 80-acre, mixed-use development turning dirt in Frisco. The $3 billion development broke ground in 2022 and will bring multifamily housing, a park, office space and retailers near Wakeland High School between Dallas Parkway, Legacy Drive and Avon Lane. It has already completed construction on two multifamily projects, including Jefferson ParkHouse and Jefferson Railhead complexes. A 5-acre park within the development is also completed with trails, Heady Investments partner Annabelle Heady Garces said in an email. Frisco city officials first approved plans for The Railhead in 2017. In the years since, the project and its developers have entered into an incentive agreement with the city to build a 10-story office tower. Other amenities and buildings planned throughout The Railhead include: • Multiple urban living residential buildings

We are also trading paper with some wellness groups, including a Pilates concept, medspa and elevated hair salon.”
