The complex o ers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with amenities including a wellness center and clubhouse. 2 The Avenues at Shadow Green New townhomes are under construction south of downtown Franklin near Columbia Avenue. The new homes range from $248,990 to $338,990 and feature 1-2 bedrooms ranging from 912-1,357 square feet, according to builder Goodall Homes. 3 Broad Oaks This 8-lot community in Brentwood features 2-plus acre homesites starting at $3 million. The community, located along Lawson Way near Wilson Pike and Concord Road, features open lots with home plans from homebuilder Partners in Building.
