50+ ADULTS (BACA CENTER) EDUCATIONAL AARP SMART DRIVER COURSE

This course is designed specifically for drivers 50+. The course enables drivers to get a 10% discount for 3 years on most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider. Course does not dismiss traffic violations. Pre-register at the Baca Center front desk. Payment will be made at the start of class. $20 for AARP members & $25 for non-members payable by CHECK ONLY to AARP. You must have your AARP card to present at class. Individuals with AARP Medi - care Supplement Plan insured by UnitedHealthcare may attend for no charge—must show Medicare membership card as proof. The assistance is free for older adults and family caregivers, to help connect you with information, resources, programs, and education that will help you age successfully. Dates Days Times Location Fee Ongoing 2nd Tues. 10:00am Baca Free CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH This is a relaxed, inclusive and fun class where participants who know some Spanish can improve their conversation, grammar, reading and writing. Students enjoy occasional local field trips to various Mexican restaurants/venues, where they practice their conversational skills. No textbook required. Instructor: Beth Wiggins | Ages 50+.

ENTERTAINMENT & THEATER CINEMA DAY

Join the Baca Center for our cinema day which will feature new run movies (when available) on the big screen in the Grand Room. No registration is needed, participants can bring their own drinks & snacks. Movies start promptly at 1:00pm. Check out the Baca Center newsletter for what movie is showing. Ages 50+.
