Clay Madsen Recreation Center values health and exercise. CMRC provides a variety of group exercise classes included in your membership. Non-members must pay the visitor pass rate of $5/day. Class participation is limited based on space & equipment. PARD PRESENTS PE AT PRETE Before the holidays kick in let’s jumpstart our journey because the bad habits don’t begin at Thanksgiving, they begin at Halloween! This Fall we will be offering PE at Prete fall into fitness! This will serve as a jumpstart to motivate you to exercise before our resolutions need to begin. We also want to draw your attention to the many fitness programs offered at our facilities and showcase the CORR fitness professionals and classes taught at our locations. The classes will take place between from 12-1pm showcasing 2 different formats and 2 different instructors each half hour.

PERSONAL TRAINING It’s time to get serious about becoming physically fit. Let one of our personal trainers help you achieve the results you’ve always wanted! With a results driven philosophy we will push you to a level of fitness you never thought possible. Our fitness instructors not only offer one-on-one specialized atten - tion in weight training, but also in water, yoga, cancer exercise, dance or nutrition. We have specialized trainers in each area! Our trainers bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and motivation that make every session interesting. Personal training is only available for CMRC members. If the large group classes and one-on-one training isn’t your thing, then give Small Group Training a try. SGPT is designed to provide participants a less intimidating environment that has the structure of group exercise but the individual experience of Personal Training. Groups have their choice of number of sessions; the meeting times and days are discussed between the small group and their personal trainer. RESCHEDULING IS PROHIBITED. WEIGHT ROOM CERTIFICATION Youth members of CMRC ages 14 and 15 years old who wish to work out in the weight room without a parent or guardian must complete a weight room cer- tifi-cation. Participants will learn CMC weight room rules, proper weight room etiquette and basic training techniques. This class must be completed to be ap - proved to work out in the weight room by themselves. Please see CMC front desk or call 512- 218-3220 to schedule an appointment. It is a $10 fee, that is valid until member is eligible for regular usage of the weight room at 16 years old.
