The segments are A CR 100 from Preston Road to CR 97, B County Road 90 from CR 92 to CR 98, and C CR 97 from Lynn Stambaugh Parkway to CR134. Update: Construction is expected to start in January. • Timeline: January 2026-July 2026 • Cost: $1.7 million • Funding source: city of Celina 4 Legacy Drive widening Project: This project will widen several lanes through the Legacy Drive and Prosper Trail intersection. Update: At a Dec. 9 meeting, Prosper Town Council members approved a roadway design, construction and reimbursement agreement with Blue Star Land that adds two southbound lanes on Legacy Drive through the Prosper Trail intersection. Construction costs will be covered by general obligation bonds approved by voters in November, which included $10 million for Legacy Drive improvements from Prosper Trail to Parvin Road. • Timeline: summer 2026-TBD • Cost: $1.23 million

1 Marilee Road reconstruction Project: The project spans Marilee Road from Preston Road to Dallas Parkway. The project is shared with the city of Gunter, Grayson County, Collin County, city of Celina and the adjacent subdivision developers. Update: The project is in the design phase and is nalizing additional right of way components. • Timeline: TBD • Cost: $8.7 million • Funding source: city of Celina, other entities 2 US 380 waterline reconstruction Project: The project stretches along US 380 from Coit Road to Custer Road. Update: At a Nov. 25 meeting, Prosper Town Council approved a $1 million contract with Freese and Nichols Inc. to design a project relocating water and wastewater lines along US 380 between Coit and Custer roads. • Timeline: TBD • Cost: $1 million • Funding source: town of Prosper 3 Frontier Parkway waterline reconstruction Project: This project will replace existing water lines
