PISD sets middle school attendance zones for 2026-27 With a new middle school set to open in the 2026-27 school year, Prosper ISD officials have set new attendance zones for its middle school campuses. Some context 2026-27 school year, the district plans to only operate Bridges Middle next school year due to current enrollment projections.
CISD plans campus grade level change After considering five potential grade con- figuration scenarios for the next two school years, Celina ISD leaders are recommending the district adjust its grade levels on its elementary and middle school campuses. The plan The district’s Early Childhood School will close and pre-K programs will move to the district’s elementary campuses. Willard Middle School will open with fifth and sixth grade students, while Moore Middle School will hold grades 7-8. The campuses would follow this grade level alignment for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years, then return to K-5 elementary schools and grades 6-8 middle schools. The board is expected to take a vote on attendance boundaries in early 2026.
“We are still growing ... but we are not growing at the extreme rates we’ve seen the last three years,” PISD Deputy Superintendent Bill McLaugh- lin said in a November board meeting.
