The restaurant, located at 214 E. Louisiana St., has been open on the square for more than 20 years and served a variety of American food, such as chicken-fried steak, burgers and more. 7 Cocktail Creamery will relocate to a larger storefront on the downtown McKinney square later this year, accord- ing to co-owner Sharyn Lindblad. The alcohol-infused ice cream shop has been open on the McKinney square for over three years inside of The Pantry Restau- rant, Lindblad said. Following the closure of The Pantry Restaurant, the owners of Cocktail Creamery decided to move the business into its own space across the square. The new storefront, located at 205 E. Virginia St., is expected to open in April, Lindblad said. The space will oer a 2,000-square-foot dining area along with a 1,000-square-foot kitchen area on the second level. Cocktail Creamery intends to remain open inside the former Pantry Restaurant until April 1, Lindblad said. The ice cream shop serves alco- hol-infused ice cream treats. Lindblad has plans to expand the shop’s oerings at its new location. 508-446-7103.
