THEWOODLANDS APRIL 2022 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA As of late April, oce vacancies in The Woodlands area had increased to 17.6%with 181,250 additional square feet of oce space under construction. Retail vacancies dropped from 5.2% to 4.7% from the previous year, and industrial vacancies shrank from 6.2% to 4.2% since 2021.
