FROMHALEY: When you are seeking comfort in the midst of a pandemic, the news probably isn’t the fi rst thing you turn to, and with good reason. The case counts and economic forecasts wear on each of us. We are all experiencing an information overload and may feel overwhelmed by what we read online and bombarded by bad news. This is very likely the hardest thing many of us have dealt with, and it can seem like there is no end. But there isn’t all darkness without at least a bit of light.
