2024 Board Meeting Schedule On the Agenda Your Board of Directors regularly meets on the third Thursday followed by the fourth Wednesday each month, with exceptions during November and December. Meetings begin at 6 p.m. unless otherwise posted. Agendas are posted online 72 hours prior to each meeting.

Saturday, February 17 3 to 6 p.m. Rob Fleming Park Run through the beautiful George Mitchell Nature Preserve at this annual 5K race. Also enjoy the post-race party and Muddy Bowl Crawfish Cook-Off.
Residents are invited to join in on the long-standing tradition and select from 12 new native seedlings at this free annual event that has shared more than 1.5 million seedlings since 1977.
