Gruene Lake Nutrition serves up healthy sips After moving to Texas in 2019, Heather Benson decided to take on a new career in the health and tness industry by opening a healthy food beverage shop in New Braunfels.

Benson, who was formerly a teacher, opened Gruene Lake Nutrition in January 2022 after meeting the owners of a neighboring gym who asked her if she would be interested in opening a protein shake shop.
