The simple answer: Poor leadership that focuses on pushing controversial political agendas rather than providing quality education. While Elementary and Middle School students struggle to meet basic Reading and Math benchmarks, district leaders conduct illegal surveys about sex and racism WITHOUT PARENT CONSENT. High School recommended reading has sexually explicit instructional materials, including child trafficking. & *pre-COVID data
