items such as the Chile Relleno Primo and Tenderloin Carne Asada. Primo’s MX Kitchen has two Dallas locations and one at the River Walk in Flower Mound. Dahlia is a southern European-in- spired bistro located in Dallas. In addi- tion to its brunch and bistro menu, Dahlia features a botanical cocktail garden that serves crafted cocktails, wine and beer. The bistro’s signature pasta is fettucine with a creamy vodka sauce and meatballs. Parliament originally opened in the heart of uptown Dallas in 2014. The Prohibition-style bar features crafted cocktails and an all-day happy hour every Monday. The Parliament 75 cocktail includes a mix of house citrus gin, yuzu, apple, angostura bitters and champagne. According to Westlake’s website, several other Entrada projects are slated for construction this summer.
Westlake Entrada will soon be home to two new restaurants and a cocktail bar. Primo’s MX Kitchen, Dahlia Bar & Bistro and Parliament are expected to open either late this summer or early fall, according to Ron Ruthven, director of planning and development with the town of Westlake. The Entrada development is a designed community in Westlake modeled after a Catalonian village. The shell buildings of Westlake Entra- da’s restaurant row have already been constructed, but renovations and alterations of the buildings’ interiors will need to be completed before the businesses open. Primo’s MX Kitchen o ers a variety of Tex-Mex favorites, drinks and a brunch menu on the weekend. According to its website, the restau- rant’s menu has “a fresh take from the southern border” and features
