WorldSprings aims to open mineral pool spa Cedar Park is going to be the home of the rst Central Texas location of WorldSprings, a spa oering a globally inspired outdoor mineral pool experience that promotes wellness and relaxation. Cedar Park City Council approved a special use permit for the project during its March 28 meeting. A closer look WorldSprings is planning to bring over 40 soaking pools and mineral springs that reect and mimic various bodies of water around the world to an 8-acre site northwest of 183A Toll and E. New Hope Drive. The complex will feature a blend of hot and cold springs as well as larger fresh water pools. Ethan Harwell, a representative of the company, said WorldSprings is not a water park but a health and wellness facility intended for passive recreation. Developer builds single- family rental homes Construction of two rental home neighborhoods is underway in Liberty Hill and Leander. The details Caso Santa Rita Ranch—located in the Santa Rita Ranch master-planned community—will oer 170 single-family rental homes once fully built out, said Kate Martinez, with management company Avenue5 Residential. Work on the subdivision began in January 2022 and is expected to reach completion in June. As of Feb. 8, the community had 87 occupied homes, Martinez said. Residents of the rental community have access to all Santa Rita Ranch neighborhood amenities, which include a pool and splash park, trails, parks, a clubhouse and a wellness barn.
