FROM CLAIRE: As we were preparing to send this paper to press, Central Texas was hit with a winter storm that left the streets, trees and power lines covered in a layer of ice. Many in our community were without power for days. Now, homeowners are left to clean up debris from downed trees in their yards. We put together a report on resources that are available to help residents recover (see Page 13).
