We have all the traditional Cajun Cuisine to make your family meal or party easy & delicious. We make all of our specialty meats that you know & love or need to be introduced to, fresh and in- house. 3 types of boudin, 14 sausages (including smoked andouille), “Stu ed” deboned chickens, “Stu ed” Pork chops and so much more. Gumbos, etou ees and po’boys along with a full menu of Cajun dishes are made fresh daily in our restaurant. We have also become the premier supplier of live crawfish in Central Texas and bring in only the cleanest, high quality Louisiana Crawfish available. We can handle orders of any size. We boil them too, if you prefer to just pick up a few pounds or sit down with us and enjoy them in our restaurant.
